Terms and Conditions

We will be available to receive your calls and emails from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm 

 

General Policies: 

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

Payment of deposit will be taken as confirmation of your acceptance of these conditions of booking.

 

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is from 12 pm and check-out from 10 am.

 

Please do inform us, your estimated arrival and departure time in advance. 

 

Booking
No bookings can be accepted without a deposit paid through the online booking system.
The deposit amount varies but shall be around 50% of the entire booking total.
The balance of the deposit payment should be paid on arrival.

 

Hotel Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.

  • If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, 100% of total booking amount will be charged.

  • If cancelled within 48 hours of check-in, 100% of booking amount will be charged.

2. No Show

  • In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive), 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

3. Early Departure

  • No refund will be provided for early check-out or unused nights.

4. Modification Policy

  • Date changes are subject to availability.

  • Rate differences may apply.

  • Modifications within 7 days of check-in will be treated as cancellations.

5. Peak Season / Long Weekends / Festivals

  • Bookings during peak periods are non-refundable.

  • 100% advance payment required.

6. Group Bookings (3 Rooms or More)

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.

  • 50% charge if cancelled within 14 days.

  • 100% charge if cancelled within 7 days.

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
